Job summary

I3 INFOTEK INC is seeking an Implementation Analyst to support IT deployments across hardware, software, and processes. You will coordinate with IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and field technicians to ensure on-time delivery and smooth transitions from planning to post-go-live support.

The role covers provisioning of iOS devices, management of MDM platforms, and troubleshooting network and connectivity issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting IT implementations, technology deployments, or field technology operations.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting enterprise networking environments.
• Experience with Cisco and/or Meraki switches, routers, wireless access points, and SD‑WAN solutions.
• Experience supporting iOS/iPad devices, including provisioning, enrollment, configuration, app deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with enterprise MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Workspace ONE, or AirWatch.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and basic firewall troubleshooting.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, field technicians, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT implementations and technology deployments.
• Coordinate hardware, software, infrastructure, and business process rollouts.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, issues, risks, and dependencies.
• Troubleshoot enterprise networking environments, including switches, routers, wireless access points, and SD-WAN solutions.
• Support Cisco and/or Meraki networking environments.
• Configure, provision, enroll, and troubleshoot iOS/iPad devices.
• Support enterprise MDM platforms such as Intune, JAMF, Workspace ONE, or AirWatch.
• Assist with application deployment and end-user device troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi connectivity, firewall, and device-to-application communication issues.
• Coordinate with vendors, field technicians, and business stakeholders during installations, migrations, and production support activities.
• Support testing, data validation, system readiness, and implementation activities.
• Maintain project documentation, technical procedures, and implementation records.
• Provide training and implementation support to end users and business teams.
• Participate in post-go-live hypercare and issue resolution.
• Identify potential risks and elevate critical technical or operational issues appropriately.
• Help minimize business disruption during technology implementations and production rollouts.
