Job summary

I3 INFOTEK INC is seeking an Implementation Analyst to support IT deployments across hardware, software, and processes. You will coordinate with IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and field technicians to ensure on-time delivery and smooth transitions from planning to post-go-live support.

The role covers provisioning of iOS devices, management of MDM platforms, and troubleshooting network and connectivity issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting IT implementations, technology deployments, or field technology operations.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting enterprise networking environments.
• Experience with Cisco and/or Meraki switches, routers, wireless access points, and SD‑WAN solutions.
• Experience supporting iOS/iPad devices, including provisioning, enrollment, configuration, app deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with enterprise MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Workspace ONE, or AirWatch.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and basic firewall troubleshooting.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, field technicians, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.

The Implementation Analyst will support multiple technology implementation initiatives by assisting with planning, coordination, execution, and post-go-live support activities. This role will work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, field technicians, and support teams to ensure successful deployment of hardware, software, system enhancements, and business process changes.

The analyst will serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business partners, helping ensure project milestones remain on schedule, risks are proactively managed, and operational disruptions are minimized.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT implementations and technology deployments.

• Cisco CCNA, Meraki ECMS, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Intune, or related certifications.

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Candidates with strong implementation/project deployment experience and proven network troubleshooting skills may be considered without all preferred educational or certification requirements.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on IT implementation professional with strong enterprise networking and mobile device support experience. The candidate should be comfortable coordinating technology deployments across multiple teams, troubleshooting network and device issues, working with vendors and field technicians, and providing support throughout implementation and post‑go‑live activities.
