Job summary

Globalchannelmanagement is seeking an IT Implementation Analyst to support technology deployments and field installations. You will troubleshoot enterprise networks, manage iOS/iPad devices via MDM, and coordinate with vendors and field technicians to ensure smooth production support.

The role requires strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi) and experience with Meraki, Intune, Workspace ONE, or Jamf. A relevant degree is preferred and retail store environments experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience supporting technology implementations and deployments.
• 2-3 years troubleshooting enterprise networking including Cisco/Meraki.
• Experience with iOS/iPad devices provisioning, enrollment, and MDM configurations.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate technology implementations, deployments, and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, field technicians, and stakeholders during installations and migrations.
