Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking an IT & Support Lead to oversee advanced technical support and lead the IT Support and Mobile Implementation teams. The role blends Tier III troubleshooting, implementation leadership, asset management, and cross-functional coordination.

You will mentor technicians, monitor performance, and deliver regular updates to leadership while actively supporting day-to-day IT and deployment activities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of progressive IT support, implementation, or systems administration experience.
• Experience with enterprise mobile devices, MDM platforms, and end-user technologies.
• Mentoring or leading technical teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex IT issues.
• Provide Tier II and III support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, apps, accounts, networking, and enterprise platforms.
• Coordinate daily ticket distribution and workload balancing.
• Coach and mentor technicians with technical guidance and training.
• Coordinate technical implementation activities for new clients and sites.
• Develop and maintain implementation schedules and training materials.
• Oversee lifecycle management of mobile devices and IT assets.
• Track support metrics and prepare leadership reports.
