Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is offering a Summer 2027 IT Internship in the St. Louis area. This structured 10-week program blends in-office and virtual work, requiring residents to be onsite 1–2 times weekly and available for a 40-hour work week.

You will work with mentors, gain real-world HRIS exposure, and contribute to HR operations. Currently enrolled students pursuing HRM/OD with a 3.0 GPA or higher, graduating Dec 2027 or May 2028, and authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Pursuing a degree in HRM/OD or related field with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Current student graduating Dec 2027 or May 2028.
• Able to commit to a 40-hour work week for 10 weeks.
• Must reside in the St. Louis area and come onsite weekly as needed.
• Prior HR coursework/experience and MS Office proficiency required.
• Commitment to security in daily job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Enterprise IT Internship and gain hands-on experience.
• Work with mentors, build a professional network, and engage with leaders.
• Create, maintain, and audit HR-related personnel records/files.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks for Workforce Services.
• Coordinate onsite/virtual events and HR program activities.
• Generate and validate weekly/monthly reports for compliance.
• Support HRIS activities using Workday/Dayforce tools.
