Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Workstation Support Supervisor with troubleshooting computer systems and software.
• Provide technical assistance and routine maintenance for specialized software.
• Support IT hardware devices like networked printers and smartphones.
• Deliver Tier 2 support for complex issues and take ownership.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting to locate root causes of problems.
• Install, configure, and support systems; monitor tickets in the Service Desk queue.
• Coordinate projects and share information with Client staff.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation; manage service calls.
• Provide AV/VC support; assist with reserving, setting up, and troubleshooting equipment.
