Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or desktop support.
• Associate degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, or related field.
• Hands-on experience setting up, installing, configuring, repairing and maintaining computers and peripherals.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting audio/visual equipment.
• Basic knowledge of LANs and WANs.
• Ability to implement cybersecurity policies and respond to emergencies.
