Job summary

Trillium Staffing is assisting an established manufacturer in Washington Court House, OH to hire an IT Helpdesk Technician for an active ERP implementation.

You will prepare computers and equipment (configure and install), support Desktop/Laptop, printers, handheld scanners, scales, and related devices, and maintain Windows 10/11, Office365, and OS software.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 1+ year experience in a similar role and/or with network functionality, Windows 10/11, Wi‑Fi, Office365, TCP/IP.
• C# experience is a plus and experience migrating from AS400 to cloud ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP implementation activities and prepare computers and equipment (configure and install).
• Assist internal associates with desktop/laptop, printer, handheld scanner, scale and related equipment issues.
• Support all operating systems and applications (Windows 10/11, Office365, Production Equipment OS, etc.).

Direct Hire opening for an experienced IT Helpdesk Technician to work with the established manufacturer in the Washington Courthouse, Ohio area.

The IT Helpdesk Technician will support an active ERP implementation to include preparing all computers and associated equipment (configure and install), assisting internal associates with Desktop/Laptop, printer, handheld scanner, scale and similar equipment issues. Support all operating systems and applications (Windows 10/11, Office365, Production Equipment OS’ etc.)

Pay range will be $55,000-$60,000 annually with great growth opportunity! Day shift, onsite!
