The role delivers frontline IT support, administers systems, and coordinates with the TAC to resolve requests.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems administration and 1st tier support for FLHSMV's Technical Assistance Center; intake, classification, troubleshooting, and escalation of IT requests.
• Serve as TAC liaison with vendors as needed and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
