Job summary

Les Olson IT in Utah is seeking an entry-level IT Support Technician to be the first point of contact for clients, troubleshoot a wide range of issues, and deliver clear, friendly guidance across multiple industries.

You will build relationships with clients, strive for first-call resolution, document steps, and collaborate with internal teams while expanding technical knowledge in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year IT support experience or related hands-on practice.

• Strong communication skills for non-technical users and IT professionals.
