Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Service Desk professional to provide first-level support for customers across software, hardware and network issues in a fast-paced environment. You will document incidents, resolve requests, and coordinate with specialist teams to ensure timely resolution.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in IT service delivery, familiarity with MS Office/Exchange/Windows networks, and strong communication skills. This on-site Utah role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or relevant certifications.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Education/training or relevant IT service delivery experience equivalency.
• IT qualifications to a tertiary level.
• 6 months IT Service Desk experience.
• 6 months experience providing Level 3 support for MS Office, MS Exchange and MS Windows networks.
• Working knowledge of data and voice network concepts.

Responsibilities

• First level telephone and other media contact support.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests related to software, hardware, and network operations.
• Accurately document calls and incidents.
• Assign incidents and requests to the correct support group.
• Act as a single point of contact on incidents and problems logged.
• Provide clients with a reference number for their incident/request.
• Understand various media sources that interface with the Service Desk.
• Support multiple clients through professional customer service.
