Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in an IT-related field.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication with non-technical users.
Capable of handling multiple tickets and prioritizing tasks.
Responsibilities
Support and troubleshoot workstations, printers, network, and applications.
Support/install/upgrade software and hardware products.
Add/delete/maintain users on the network; create Windows logins, set up email accounts, and ensure security.
Suggest training ideas for users based on resolved tickets.
Adapt to change and handle other tasks or projects as assigned.
