Concord is hiring a Helpdesk Analyst to join the IT Infrastructure team in our Scottsdale, AZ office. You will be the first point of contact for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to keep everyone productive and unblocked.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of IT-related experience.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira Service Management).
• Proactive, customer-focused, and able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Basic understanding of network protocols.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot workstations, printers, network, and applications.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain software and hardware.
• Create and manage Windows logins and email accounts; assign access; ensure security.
• Suggest training ideas based on resolved tickets.
