Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Helpdesk Technician in Florida to monitor and maintain company technology, respond to requests, and assist users with hardware and software issues. You will document incidents and work with IT staff to resolve problems.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Windows OS and MS Office, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Prior helpdesk experience is preferred and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Desktop Operating Systems and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication for end users.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain company technology for maximum access, including setting up hardware and workstations.
• Respond to Helpdesk requests via phone, email, or in person and guide users through problem-solving steps.
• Document incidents and resolutions; report status and improvement recommendations to management.
