Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking an IT Technical Support Agent to help support key infrastructure functions, troubleshoot Windows desktops, printers, barcode readers, and mobile devices. The role involves on-site and remote support, collaborating with vendors and the MSP team to resolve level 2 infrastructure issues.

You will document issues, publish knowledge base articles, and participate in troubleshooting calls, with a focus on customer service and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in IT/IS or related discipline.
• 2+ years in service desk and desktop support.
• 2+ years IT desktop and device problem solving.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolve IT service desk tickets/issues in a timely manner and document/author knowledge articles.
• Provide desktop support and troubleshoot, install hardware and mobile devices for on-site and remote users.
• Assist with IT desktop deployments and computer imaging activities.
