BayOne Solutions in New York area is seeking an on-site IT support specialist to deliver Level 1/2 support for warehouse operations. You will resolve issues via ServiceNow tickets and provide responsive customer service to users.

The role covers troubleshooting Windows desktops, laptops, tablets, Zebra devices, printers, and barcode scanners, plus assisting with IT projects, deployments, and asset management. Independent problem-solving with escalation when needed will be part of daily duties.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site Level 1/Level 2 IT support for warehouse operations, resolving technical issues through ServiceNow ticketing and delivering effective customer service.
• Troubleshoot Windows-based desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile computers, Zebra devices (including TC52), printers, barcode scanners, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Assist with IT projects, including system installations, upgrades, device deployments, configurations, and IT asset management.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues independently where possible, escalating complex problems appropriately and keeping users informed.
