Responsibilities

• Provide remote, telephone, and onsite desktop support for Windows and various software.
• Configure, maintain, and deploy Windows desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
• Triage help desk tickets and route to IT team resources.
• Maintain equipment inventory and documentation of tasks and statuses.
• Assist with after-hours/weekend support as needed.
