Job summary

The role requires 2-3+ years of Tier 1 IT Helpdesk and Service Administration experience, plus an Associate’s degree. Familiarity with Remedy and IT hardware/software is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of previous Service Administration experience.

Responsibilities
