Job summary

SpotOn is seeking a Helpdesk Technician in the United States to support employees and contractors with confidentiality, handle tickets, and perform routine IT tasks. The role requires delivering frontline and escalation support, maintaining assets, and assisting with various projects.

You will work from the SpotOn office with regular hours, interacting with VIPs and managing onboarding, software, hardware, and licensing needs.

Qualifications

• Intermediate knowledge of Okta for user/group management.
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace administration.
• Experience with Macintosh and Windows configuration and admin tasks.
• Strong desktop hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Basic PC hardware upgrades and repair.
• Moderate networking knowledge.
• Knowledge of VoIP softphones and telephony services.
• Good written and spoken English in a US work environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular office hours at the SpotOn office.
• Handle tickets including onboarding/offboarding, account changes and resets.
• Provide desktop support for hardware, software, and services.
• License provisioning/deprovisioning and hardware requests.
• First response for VIP/ELT&EAs issues and escalation.
• Asset tracking, auditing, and routine maintenance.
• Take ownership of special projects and respond to unexpected issues.
• Assist with other duties and tasks as assigned.
