Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting at least 50 local and remote users.
• Knowledge of user management in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Experience deploying and administering Windows OS, iOS, and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Manage help desk ticket queue according to SLAs.
• Provide onsite and remote desktop support for end users.
• Create and maintain self-help Knowledge Base articles.
