DHA Housing Solutions for North Texas is seeking a Helpdesk Specialist to deliver Tier 1 IT support and assist in IT operations across the agency. The role includes answering calls, creating work orders, managing inventory, and helping users with desktop setups.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 1 year PC desktop and office management support experience; 2 years printing experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Desktop publishing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer IT helpdesk calls and route to the right person or department.
• Create IT work orders and manage device inventory.
• Assist users with desktop and laptop configuration over the phone.
• Support printing operations, toner supply, and printing room maintenance.
• Collaborate with DHA staff to ensure responsive IT and printing services.
