Job summary

The IT Helpdesk Coordinator II at Southeast Kentucky Community & Technical College supports the Pineville campus and travels to the Knox campus to resolve tech issues for students, faculty, and staff. Qualifications

• Associates Degree and 1-3 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and advanced troubleshooting for computers, laptops, VOIP phones, printers, and projector hardware/software.
• Assist faculty, staff, and students with computer hardware/software related issues.
• Provide technical support for all Southeast District with account information and assist with password and MFA resets as needed for all Southeast faculty, staff, and students.
