The incumbent will work with internal and external IT teams to plan and execute tasks, and must demonstrate strong communication, organization, and independent problem-solving skills. The position is part-time and in-person, with potential for varied hours to support public services.

Qualifications

• Provides helpdesk support and technical assistance.
• Assists with installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Familiar with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk services including troubleshooting for computer systems, software and hardware.
• Onsite and remote troubleshooting to users; diagnose and resolve issues.
• Organize, inventory, and document hardware/software configurations and maintenance.
