Qualifications

• 2 years experience in IT with 6 months in PC repairs, Windows platforms, or network configuration.

• Must pass a fingerprint-based background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and training via multiple channels.
• Manage inventory of computer hardware and software.
• Install and configure operating systems and peripherals.
• Assist in disaster recovery and emergency situations.
• Support Network/Applications Administrator functions.
