Job summary

Bosselman Enterprises is seeking a Help Desk Technician to support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, POS, and peripherals. The role includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading hardware while ensuring optimal workstation performance, and providing end-user training as required.

You will work with a team to resolve issues, manage IT tickets, and help implement new computer projects for store life cycle management.

Qualifications

• Degree or college diploma preferred in computer science or related field.
• CompTIA or HDI certifications a plus.
• Must have on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, repair, and upgrade hardware and peripherals to ensure optimal workstation performance.
• Troubleshoot problems in a timely and accurate manner and provide end-user training as needed.
• Manage and document IT tickets, maintain inventory, and support life cycle of stores.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of company information.
