Job summary

AGAMA IT BIZ SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking two Customer Support Technicians to provide Tier 1 technical support for enterprise hardware, software, and IT systems in Pompano Beach, Florida.

You will install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and network-related issues, and collaborate with team members to resolve problems. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7 AM–6 PM with after-hours on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of IT support or help desk experience.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and MS Office 365.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
