Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Assist users with computer setup, account access, email, and other technical needs.
• Install, configure, and update computers, software, printers, and related equipment.
• Support database systems and troubleshoot basic database-related issues.
• Assist with network maintenance, including routers, switches, and wireless connections.
• Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues and follow up to ensure they are resolved.
