Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years experience troubleshooting computer systems.
• 4 years experience with Windows platforms.
• Valid NM driver’s license and be insurable; no DWI; ≤2 moving violations in 3 years.
• Must understand and communicate in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Help Desk support for computers, email, Internet access, applications, printers, copiers, scanning services, phones, audio/visual equipment, and other hardware/software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Maintain computers and peripherals across Eddy County's network.
