What You'll Do Every Day

  1. Be the first line of defense: Answer IT support requests via email, chat, and phone.
  2. Solve tech problems fast: Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues to keep our team moving.
  3. Keep our systems running: Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripherals.
  4. Manage user accounts & permissions: Administer systems like Active Directory and Office 365.
  5. Enhance security & efficiency: Apply security updates, follow IT best practices, and educate users.
  6. Document solutions: Keep clear records of troubleshooting steps and system changes.
  7. Work with a collaborative IT team: Escalate complex issues and contribute to process improvements.

Must-Have Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or GED required (IT coursework or degree is a plus).
  2. 1+ years of IT support experience (Help Desk, Desktop Support, or equivalent).
  3. IT Certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or similar preferred).
  4. Experience with customer service & technical troubleshooting; you know how to keep users happy.
