We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our team in a remote capacity. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for maintaining and updating PCs, scanners, printers, and other equipment, as well as troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. This role requires a proactive individual who can assist with software application maintenance and upgrades, manage user accounts, and provide technical support to staff.
$31 per hour
