Job summary

The Wright Group in Lafayette, LA is seeking an IT Specialist to install and maintain computer systems across multiple locations, including setting up computers, cameras, phones and office equipment, and supporting operating systems.

You will help with hardware and software issues, manage IT operations, monitor networks, and resolve help desk tickets. The position is full-time and in-person at Lafayette and Crowley locations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations across locations.

• Oversee projects by coordinating resources and timelines with user departments and partners.
• Respond to system audits and ensure policy compliance.
• Support disaster recovery backups and asset preservation.
