Grit PPO in Croton-on-Hudson, NY is seeking an Entry Level IT Help Desk Support / Sys Admin to provide technical assistance across departments. You will be the first point of contact for IT inquiries and help maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.

This full-time, on-site role offers competitive benefits, including a Health plan, PTO, and training opportunities, with an hourly wage of $18.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
• Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Customer-oriented with strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and resolve problems promptly.
• Install, configure, and update computer systems and software.
• Collaborate with IT to deploy new software/hardware.
• Maintain records of issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist in IT policy implementation and employee onboarding/offboarding.
• Oversee the Patch Management Process.
