Responsibilities

• Maintain an inventory of computer repair parts.
• Make or facilitate timely repairs of computers.
• Add fees to tech management system depending on the damage or repair done.
• Unbox, install, configure, and repair PCs, Macs, ChromeBooks, printers and other peripheral equipment.
• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone and electronically.
• Support on testing days, troubleshooting common issues.
• Maintain and update a repair cue.
