Casey Peterson, LTD is seeking a dependable IT Help Desk Associate to join our Information Technology team. This entry-to-mid-level role focuses on first-line technical support, troubleshooting, workstation deployment, and assisting with daily technology operations across our accounting and advisory firm.

You will provide support via phone, email, chat, and in person, troubleshoot Windows/Microsoft 365 issues, and help onboard employees.

• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, hardware troubleshooting, and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, Microsoft 365, and firm-specific applications.
• Set up, image, deploy, and maintain workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Assist with software installations, updates, and routine system maintenance.
• Support employee onboarding and technology-related training.
• Document technical issues and resolutions while maintaining accurate records.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff as needed.
• Help maintain a positive technology experience for employees throughout the firm.
