Job summary

You will handle escalations, manage user accounts, and work with vendors on hardware/software issues, while delivering patient training and top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• Two years of technical help desk experience with common Microsoft products.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls, emails, and walk-up requests; document details and caller information.
• Resolve incidents and service requests within set SLAs.
• Provide installation and support for PCs, printers, mobile devices, and network gear.
• Set up software, manage user accounts, and assist with onboarding/offboarding.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Offer one-on-one software training and maintain IT supplies.
