Job summary

Andrews Federal Credit Union seeks an IT Specialist II to provide onsite and remote technical support for overseas operations. This role covers workstations, laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, branch technology, network connectivity, servers, and related IT infrastructure.

You will work with stateside teams to resolve complex issues and support end users. The role requires strong Windows and TCP/IP skills, excellent customer service, and precise documentation of problems and resolutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3–5 years of technical support experience in IT environments.
Experience with Windows desktop OS and Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

Provide Level I/II technical support for overseas employees onsite and remotely.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
Coordinate issues with stateside Infrastructure, Network Engineering, Information Security, and vendors.
Manage IT incidents and service requests using ticketing systems.
Install, configure, deploy, maintain, and replace endpoint devices.
Provide Microsoft 365 user-access support and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
Perform basic network and VPN troubleshooting and support branch tech.
Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle for overseas locations.
Document technical issues, steps, and resolutions clearly.
Travel to overseas branches and provide after-hours support when needed.
