Qualifications

3 years of progressive experience in technical support or related services.
A+ and/or Network+ certification preferred.
Strong customer-focused support and communication.
Ability to manage multiple tickets and tasks.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of Trafera’s IT strategy and operational objectives.
Perform weekly system checks to ensure reliable operations.
Assist in maintaining technical support inventory in the asset system.
Partner with the System Administrator on internal IT infrastructure setup and maintenance.
Create and maintain technical documentation and support resources.
Respond to service tickets and ensure timely resolution.
Own assigned tickets end to end and keep requesters informed.
Setup and configure hardware for employees and IT services.
Onboard/offboard employees including account provisioning and device returns.
Mentor peers and share resolution knowledge across the team.
