• Experience with networking, security controls, and disaster recovery.
• Proven ability to mentor staff and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Services team and develop capabilities across IT service management and security.
• Set technical standards for end-user devices and identity services.
• Oversee service delivery, escalations, and complex IT initiatives.
• Manage vendor performance, budgets, and licensing renewals.
• Implement cybersecurity controls and ensure audit readiness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and staffing.
