Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of technology-related experience.
• Experience providing help desk support to students, staff, or customers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Windows/macOS, and basic network concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic to intermediate telephone and remote IT support for NCCU users.
• Troubleshoot issues with Office applications, network access, and account logins.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system; communicate clearly with users.
• Assist with on-site and remote support during shifts.
