Job summary

XY Planning Network (XYPN) is seeking an IT Specialist to serve as the face of our IT help desk and troubleshooter for all team members. You will own the IT Help Desk, support the tech stack, and partner with the IT Manager on projects that drive XYPN’s growth.

Based in Bozeman, you will balance office and remote work with ~10% travel for team events. Start date is immediate, with a full-time schedule and a dynamic, modern tech stack.

Qualifications

• Tech-savviness with broad hardware and software knowledge, including macOS, Jamf and common business tools.
• Proven ability to deliver frontline IT support and customer service to internal users.
• Strong communication and attention to detail for efficient ticket handling and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide real time IT support to team members to enable their work.
• Assist the IT Manager in building infrastructure for growth.
• Day-to-day support of XYPN’s tech stack and tools.
• Own the IT Help Desk and resolve hardware/software issues via the ticketing system.
• Onboard new hires and offboard exiting staff.
