Job summary

XYPN is seeking an IT Specialist in Bozeman, MT to own the IT Help Desk, troubleshoot and support the tech stack, and partner with the IT Manager on growth projects. You’ll onboard new team members and ensure smooth everyday IT operations while maintaining a modern tech environment.

The role combines office and remote work, with travel up to 10% for team events. Immediate start and full-time hours offer a dynamic, growth-oriented workplace.

Responsibilities

Provide real time IT support to team members and manage the help desk.
Assist IT Manager in building infrastructure for growth.
Handle day-to-day operations of XYPN's tech stack.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and deliver resolutions.
Onboard/offboard new team members and maintain IT onboarding processes.
Support inventory of hardware and software subscriptions/licenses.
