Job summary

XYPN seeks an IT Specialist to be the face of our IT help desk, troubleshoot hardware and software, and support a growing tech stack. You will own the IT help desk and assist the IT Manager on projects that propel XYPN’s growth strategy.

You’ll collaborate with the IT team, maintain user satisfaction, and help scale our modern IT function. Based in Bozeman, MT, a hybrid stance is welcomed with some remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Help Desk and general IT support.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to communicate clearly.
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding and hardware/software inventories.

Responsibilities

• Provide real time IT support to team members.
• Assist IT Manager in infrastructure projects for company growth.
• Manage day-to-day support of the tech stack and IT onboarding/offboarding.
