ITW is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to be the face and voice of IT, delivering prompt, professional support for incidents and service requests across phone, email, chat, and in-person channels. You will administer user accounts in Active Directory, support Windows 11 and Microsoft 365, and work with ITSM processes while contributing to knowledge base articles. On-call rotation applies.

Travel to the Parts Warehouse in Piqua, OH may be required to provide onsite support and assist as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent in IT/related field.
• 2-4 years in enterprise service desk.
• Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent customer service & communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Serve as primary contact for IT incidents and service requests.
• Log, categorize, prioritize, troubleshoot incidents per SLA.
• Provide end-user support for Windows devices and Microsoft 365.
• Maintain ITSM records and knowledge base.
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support.
• Travel to Piqua, OH Parts Warehouse as needed.
