About the Role:

The IT Help Desk Specialist will provide support including hardware/software installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and training. The role emphasizes high customer satisfaction and process improvements to reduce help desk calls.

Work Environment and Physical Activities:

• Meet physical demands with or without accommodation.
• Be on-call regularly and travel to branch locations as needed.
• Meet driver insurability standards as established by CBC/CTS.

Essential Functions:

• Configure and install PCs accurately.
• Assist System Administrator with server and network administration.
• Help users with computer solutions cooperatively.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in computer science or High School/GED with 3 years relevant experience.
