$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Position details

Role: Help Desk Support (Tier 1–2)
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Description: This Tier 1–2 role is ideal for a candidate with foundational IT experience who enjoys solving technical issues, building relationships with end users, and growing their skills in a collaborative Microsoft-based environment. Responsibilities
  1. Act as the first line of support for users experiencing technical issues, providing assistance in person, via phone, or remotely.
  2. Diagnose and resolve common problems involving desktops, laptops, software, and connectivity.
  3. Support end users with email, file sharing, and productivity tools within Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, etc.).
  4. Set up user accounts, reset passwords, and manage basic access through tools like Active Directory.
  5. Prepare and deploy hardware by imaging and configuring devices.
  6. Track and manage support requests using a ticketing platform, escalating when needed.
  7. Provide support for video conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Teams) and general system upkeep.
  8. Collaborate with IT teammates to ensure efficient issue resolution and positive user experiences.
Qualifications
  1. 1–2 years of experience in a desktop support, help desk, or tech support role.
  2. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows-based environments.
  3. Familiarity with device setup, user account management, and ticketing systems.
  4. Solid troubleshooting skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
  5. Clear communicator with the ability to work independently and within a team.
