Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Windows 10, Windows Server, Office, TCP/IP, VPN, data backup, virus protection, and network monitoring.
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience/education.
• RF Technology experience.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Travel required; participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance.
• Observe safety rules and assist in enforcement.
• Provide 1st line technical support via phone and Help Desk tickets.
• Maintain high level of customer service for all support queries.
• Own user problems and be proactive in resolving issues.
• Log calls in the Help Desk ticket system.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve hardware or software problems.
• Maintain/update help request log for software or hardware problems.
• Support users in company applications and equipment with necessary guidance.
• Arrange external vendor support when issues cannot be resolved in house.
• Stay up-to-date with technical and industry developments.
