At CTSI, a New Charter Company, we are seeking an Inside Consulting Support Representative in Lubbock, TX (in other companies this person could hold the title of Inside Sales Support Representative, Sales Operations Support Specialist, IT Quoting Specialist) to prepare accurate proposals and quotes while supporting vendor pricing, purchasing, renewals, and client-facing documentation. This is an onsite position based in Lubbock, TX.

In this role, you will partner with consultants, technicians, procurement teammates, and technology vendors to coordinate quote requests, confirm pricing and hardware availability, manage renewals, and prepare materials for client business reviews and proposals. You will use internal programs, including Excel, and team purchasing workflows to keep high-volume requests organized, accurate, and moving forward. To be successful in this role, you will communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, stay organized across multiple concurrent tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. You will support procurement and purchasing activities while ensuring quotes, renewal documents, and client materials are prepared reliably and on time.

Compensation

The compensation is expected to start at $21/hr ($45,000). Our offer will be determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amount listed above.
