Job summary

Heat and Control in Hayward, CA seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide technical help by phone, email, and in person. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, implement imaging, and deploy new computer systems while onboarding new staff and configuring profiles.

The role includes mobile device administration, user training, and printer support. Occasional travel up to 5% is required, with a comprehensive benefits package offered by Heat and Control.

Qualifications

• Experience with software installation and workstation support.
• Knowledge of Windows 11, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computer imaging and user profile setup.
• Ability to travel up to 5% as required.

Responsibilities
