Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support via telephone, email and remote-connect for hardware, network, systems, and software.
• Support desktops, laptops, networking, printers, mobile devices, and business apps.
• Log all contacts in Track-It and follow desk-level procedures.
• Identify, research and resolve issues; escalate to 2nd/3rd level as needed.
• Assist in inventory records and asset lifecycle processes.
