Job summary

IntelliShift is seeking a Warehouse Hardware Associate to handle returned hardware, test it, and route units back into stock or for warranty review. You’ll prepare devices for deployment and, as you grow, take on device configuration and firmware updates.

This role also covers broad warehouse duties, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and shipping. This is an on-site, hands-on position at our Commack HQ.

Qualifications

• Hands-on comfort with devices and equipment
• Clear written and verbal communication for cross-team updates
• Proficiency with Excel and ability to learn new systems
• Detail-oriented, dependable team player
• Able to stand/walk in a warehouse and lift hardware
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability

Responsibilities

• Process returned hardware: inspect, test, and route for stock or warranty review
• Prep hardware for deployment and later configure devices and update firmware
• Support customer-facing teams by handling hardware and order requests
• Maintain accurate inventory with cycle counts and audits
• Track stock levels and flag restocks as needed
• Fulfill and ship orders with proper documentation and timelines
• Maintain records in Excel and company systems and support reporting
• Keep warehouse safe, clean, and organized
